An exceptional, highly functional late 19th-century French Bouillotte occasional table in the classic Louis XVI manner. Crafted from premium Mahogany (Acajou), this circular table features its authentic, complete gaming configuration, incorporating two drawers and two pull-out candle slides (tirettes).

Gaming Configuration: Equipped with its complete, traditional layout consisting of two opposing frieze drawers for chips/storage and two opposing pull-out slides (tirettes) historically used for holding candlesticks.
Marble Top: Beautifully inset disc of authentic white Carrara marble with light grey veining, sitting flush within the frame.
Brass Gallery: Encircled by its original, delicate pierced brass gallery rail designed historically to stop cards or game pieces from sliding off.
Louis XVI Leg Detail: Supported by four elegant, slender tapered legs featuring traditional vertical fluting and decorative carved block shoulders.
Versatility: A decorator's dream piece with an incredible talking point, functioning as an upscale lamp table, sofa side table, or centre parlour table.

All four mechanical slides and drawers operate smoothly and fit flush when closed.
The marble top is completely intact with no major cracks or heavy staining. The frame is structurally rigid and stable.
